BBSO Solar Activity Report 21 September 2011 16:18:01 UT Solar activity is moderate. A region just over the east limb at about N11 produced an M1.9 flare at 12:04UT. Regions NOAA 11295, 11296, and 11301 also produced C-class events yesterday. Region NOAA 11295 remains beta-gamma magnetic class and may produce an M-class event. Region 11301 has grown slightly and may produce C-class events. The region just over the limb at N11 may also produce an M-class event. NOAA 11300, N24 W83 (X= 867,Y= 373). Alpha region. NOAA 11299, S20 W50 (X= 690,Y=-397). Beta region. NOAA 11295, N23 W45 (X= 624,Y= 295). Beta-gamma region. C-class flares likely, M-class flare possible. NOAA 11296, N27 W26 (X= 375,Y= 338). Beta region. NOAA 11301, N19 E42 (X=-607,Y= 227). Beta region. C-class flares likely.
