Close to 12" over on rainfall by may of last year, most western and upper Mo. river basins flooded. Then we started the whole transition with the hottest july on record 14 days over 100 deg., with only 1.25" of rain over a four month period. Then this winter hit, soil temps avg. out at 39 deg., 11deg. above normal, 93 deg. temps in march! Crazy weather!!!!!
