It looks like the front side CME came from Plage region 47. Compare... [ link to sidc.oma.be] [ link to sdo.gsfc.nasa.gov] Edit because SDO link shows timeline error. Look at AIA composite 094, 335, 193 for today for area 47 above. You can also see that filament off to the left stretching out and preparing to erupt anytime now.
