Our you guys dense or what? The largest X-flare ever to hit earth was a X65 in the 1880's. This is nothing compared to that, or the X35 in 2003. Jesus...

Once more, the damn sunspots wait until they are almost out of view to start the "real fun".

This should be some kind of conspiracy...

They need to do the fireworks when they are right on our face...

How many times people will have to teach you that:


1 - A smaller flare may generate a bigger CME than a larger flare. There is no direct relation between the class of the flare and the size of the CME


2 - A big CME that is not Earth-directed won't do any harm. A mid-size CME that is straight Earth-directed will do some harm.
