Right around the anniversary of Japan's 9.0 on March 11th 2011.
Quoting: El Quisqueyano That's right and we had an X-flare on the 9th I think. Two days before....hmmm. There was a much overlooked 7.2M quake on the 9th off Japan. Many consider the 9.0M as an aftershock of that one.
