So earth facing? Didn't look it to me...
Quoting: whiteangel Which sunspot is this coming from??? appears to be from 1476 on the western limb I don't know much about this stuff, but I thought the X-Ray flux was read from Earth. Do the flares not need to be Earth-facing for us to pick up the X-ray? (sorry if that's a stupid question)
