my family being 1/2 chinese...we watched the rocket launch and have been following the young lady.
i worried about them. let us hope the vehicle was made well.

it was a wonderful launch to watch....like back in NASA's hayday....ya i did get to watch appolo 11 and all that.

but in sacred numbers 6's are good
3, 6, 9,12
5 not so good.
for some reason....8 in chinese very bad. wife says it sound like death when said in manderin

Uncheck all, check coronal cavity, change date to June1, 2011, click search, get 124 noted coronal cavity observations in the past year, primarily via SDO.

This is the SAO/NASA ADS Abstract search. The search for coronal cavity returns 483 results.

One example of the results...published in 1972,... 40 years ago.

When inputting "coronal cavity", SCIRUS scientific search engine returns 9,915 hits. Not all of the (call it) 10,000 returns will be applicable to solar coronal cavities, maybe only several thousand.

Interesting thank you .... for some reason a few months back I was under the impression there was still quite a bit to be learned in regard to Coronal Cavities, and hadn't been.
I found this too. Just describes it's properties, not so much why it exists.

Oh, there's still a lot to learn about cavities... and CME's and flares and coronal holes and all else solar... probably always will be. Great search engine find, hadn't seen it before. Thanks.

This a very interesting find and thread by NYTE.
Trees with massive amounts of radiation in the 1,200 year ring. Something big went down around 750 - 850 ad.

Well what NASA said about coronal cavities are probably lies in order to convince the sheeple that nothing is wrong. Those are spaceships, because only spaceships can deflect a filament eruption.

The sun flat lines so the show must be over then we have a sneaky C1.2 that happens.

HooAmAaay, hey I didn't mean that the solar cycle caused earthquakes, but that the heliospheres interaction with denser area's of local space did.
anyway there are lots of thing to still be figured out, that's why its so interesting.

Of course the only science class I have had was a year of Welding with three or so months of plasma physics, at the time I was drinking like a fish and would have to stand as still as possible while the sparks of molten metal burned the crap out of me with a hangover. I would recommend for everyone ha ha. Anyway, I keep an open mind and try and observe the natural world - the more you watch, the more you see.

I don't suppose you have any thoughts on the production of Plasma H2O by our Sun do you?

My ideas sound to kooky, ha ha. But I do think magmatic water is being produced in earths core (probably the outer layers) I think it is basic condensation. I wrote a long post over at Thunderbolts - "Uranus Explosion" I took over Tholdens post ha ha.

For all I know there may be some energetic process involving cosmic rays that knocks the carbon off the nitrogen and combines the hydrogen with oxygen to produce water in our atmosphere, I just think that there are a lot of area's for study.
