i saw you ask about the plasma storm on the other thread
we have had many CMEs today
the official count, as well as how many will be geoeffective, is still not in
sometime around late july 3rd to July 4th

but for whatever hits earth, it will effect the weather
especialy since they have stopped chem trailing all together and are letting the solar rays fry us (no joke)
i do polar reversal research as well and have told close friends about how last winter would be almost non existant, and this summer would bring unheard of heat in the 90s and 100s, and here we are
it all has to do with where the sun is in space

as we move through space behind the sun, solar effects will increase, and so will the magnetic reversal movement
but there i go getting sidetracked haha (happens late at night for me ^^)

This study by Daniel Hancock and Douglas Yarger at Iowa State University was published in the Journal of Atmospheric Sciences (vol. 36 pg 746). They found a statistically significant correlation between the 21-year Hale cycle and the 'January Thaw' phenomenon on the East Coast, and with the June temperature and precipitation of the 'drought' cycle in the Midwest.

Thank you very much Nin for the explanation. I was confused about what he meant when he said "it would take out whole neighborhoods". I appreciate you taking the time this late at night to lay it all out. Going to hug the kids, keep preparing, and make everyday count. :)

LOL Nin, so reminded me of many Sci/Fi, movies.

Been trying to get my daughter to take an interest in what is going on, she is 14, and the only think, are the faces in the sun and the humor - at least what I will let her see.

As you can see perfectly displayed on EVE [link to sdo.gsfc.nasa.gov] the coiling Arc above 1515 is what is being loaded me thinks.

i had a good laugh thinking how were watching for this crazy flare thats coming, but at same time reading the same silly gossip haha

I am in North East Alabama so I think we are good tonight. We had a bad one a few weeks ago, but dry as hell since then. I have some friends up your way so try to keep an eye out, even though they don't buy into the doom or preparing concepts. I am sure like many here on GLP, I am alone in my opinions of earth/solar changes with family and friends. It is all good though,, as I have always walked alone in my views, well until I found GLP. Lol
