I don't care what the popular opinion is the Northern polarity jump has done something to the energy release.Electric force is 10x40 that of gravity. This gives atomic atoms their unique characteristics. There is a mutual repulsion between + charged nucleus and the - charged electrons, but then theres the issue of a mutual attraction to gravity. Now think about this, if you alter the ratio between them by a small amount, you can greatly change the characteristics of atomic(solar) energy. Raising the efficiency of transformation means allowing a stronger glue between the particles and their distribution release. In theory with the suns polarity issue the stronger the SS the bigger the chance it holds its energy back because of this'glue'. Probably way off, but i've been dwelling on this for awhile
