AMAZING! Today's CME is so fast that the leading edge is already visible on the latest STEREO A HI2 image. It's not seen on the Behind HI2 yet, so Earth is not in the direct line of fire (so far). [ link to stereo.gsfc.nasa.gov]  this is what it looked like on C3. Between this flare and the phantom M-flare the other day that was listed at solar ham etc. but not NOAA I've never seen it look that bright before in the two years I've been watching. I've also been looking at a few from the last cycle and haven't seen any (yet) that are that bright [ link to www.youtube.com]
