I'm also a long time lurker with not much to say because you guys do such a fantastic job on the coverage but I can attest to the whole feeling the suns energy. I still don't know how much I believe in the 3rd eye stuff but for the last few months I've been toying with it taking iodine, mono atomic gold and putting north pole magnets over my third eye at work with a few results. Body tingling most intense over my third eye, weather it be placebo effect, increased body awareness, or actual results idk and I'm not ganna try to bs you here so will leave that part alone but I do notice during increased solar activity that my body has increased sensations, body and 3rd eye tingling, nervousness and restlessness and restless legs. I havnt gotten physically I'll like I've seen some people to describe but i defiantly can feel a difference on more active days and the last three days I've felt again. Not as powerful as the days after the x 1.6 I think it was but it's still there. Thanks for reading my $ .02 and a big thank you for all of you here that put in all the research, dedication, and hard work to bring us the facts in one of the few factual threads on Glp that has a friendly environment :) :moshpit: suntards unite

What's wrong with iodine? Its potassium iodine and Ive heard most of us are deficient due to poor diet and it being pushed out by fluoride and all of our glands use it and what not, but I'm always more then open to advice, I know it can remove calcium from the body but is there anything else i should know?

A little iodine goes a long way, the thyroid can use only so much, then it could become a little toxic, depending on how much you are taking.
