New virus, which I got a taste of, this could be one of your problems: [link to social.technet.microsoft.com] this virus , in turn, makes your computer open to all other virus and other insults, and weird stuff starts happening, like inability to load stuff from Nasa...etc. I paid a professional cleaner to get rid of this, w/o re-installing windows, but the computer is still very slow on the start-up. Hi Spider ~ I got a really bad virus on my PC too. It was 2 weeks ago and I usually can get it taken care of on my own, however, this time it took over my entire PC. So, I had to take it to a pro and it took him 4 days to get it all off of my PC. Just wanted to share if any of you are having PC problems get it checked asap. The guy told me he is seeing a huge increase in weird PC viruses that are wiping out the entire systems. AVAST a good video editor can make anyone say anything the editor wants. |
