I think it is true that our Magnetosphere is declining as the Magnetic Fields keep on reducing in strength(apparently half what they were in 'Roman Times' and 10% weaker than when Gauss first started taking measurements in 1845 [link to news.nationalgeographic.com] )and that this was due To Earth reacting to a High Speed CH Stream and a possible 'Sector Boundary Crossing'.
