In your video the filament erupts at 8-23 0500UT and that is the same time of the eruption of the earth facing CME showing on iSWA. Doesn't look geoeffective though.

And here on Big Bear we can see the other Southern Ejection almost complete as well when you compare the Heart shaped regions Filament that was in the first link above with this runthrough you'll notice the bulk of it is completely gone [link to halpha.nso.ed] = Filament Ejection x 3.

Anyone finding it a little strange that the 1-8 Angstrom Line(Red Line)on the X-Rays [link to www.swpc.noaa.gov] is'nt responding much if at all to the rises in the 0.5-4.0 Angstroms?

I know that the 0.4-4.0 Angstrom readings have'nt been showing much at all but I have seen some peaks in it that would usually have also nudged up the 1-8 Angstroms..it's a little strange..a little.

Also the 'Dark Count' [link to lasp.colorado.edu] has been showing very consistent rhythm as you can see in the link..a small rise followed by a larger,happening for the last 4 Days(3 Days shown on the graph)at exactly the same times!?

Does anyone have a working knowledge on exactly what the Dark Count represents?

I think it is a measure of the state of the Solar Plasmas but I am not sure,I know in Plasma Physics 'Dark' is a term used to describe a Plasmas current state.

its a measure of dark pixels to light pixels wich denotes the suns poler regions the north pole of the sun is mostly dark pixels with a smattering of light and the south pole is mostly white with a smattering of dark when the poles flip they will switch,when white pixels outnumber black at the north pole it will flip,the opposite can be said for the south .
this scientist uses this way of measuring the suns poles as well you can see it in his vid

he is right, we have been saying this for a while...we still have some protection from the Magneto....then we have our atmosphere as well that provides some protection...i think even NASA is worried about the collapse of the Van Allen Belts...hence the launch of the Radiation Belt Storm Probes today your time?

As far as I can tell it looks bogus,I have seen it before and still do not know what it is they are supposed to be measuring in that graph and where they get what-ever it is they are measuring from!?

That site is very strange, it posts what I believe to be predicted events(hurricane). It had the southwest on fire several months ago during those severe wind outbreaks, but days early?
