Local Space is'nt exactly crazy, but it is a little disturbed [link to ccmc.gsfc.nasa.gov] Do they need fairly still Magnetospheric conditions to launch these into orbit to study the V.A Belts or is it not too big a factor?

Anybody?

Atlas V launch is still at "no go" because of a range issue for 10 minutes now - yet still no explanation of *what* is wrong on NASA TV
