I don't understand if this thing works on predictions or 'actual' waves. If it picks up mechanical waves, longitudinal being one, transverse the other then it would be in a spread out pattern and not directly concentrated on La. Now if its detecting concentrated energy that is targeting the area thats a whole different ball game and we're talking direct manipulation.
