The CME in the C2 images [ link to sohodata.nascom.nasa.gov] is coming straight toward us,right? From this image onward [ link to sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov] the leading edge of the CME looks quite interesting in it's propagation. I'm going to re-read through the previous posts again as I had noticed as I scanned over them a model of a CME aimed squarely toward us.
