Why is'nt it bloody moving? Still the same as a couple Hours ago? Noticed that also,it should have shifted as the sun shifts. D layers and F1 are almost none existant at night, this energy has to rotate with the suns F2 layer hit. Timestamp is moving, maybe the chart is Fokked.
