even the solar scientists that are huge sceptics of the dec 21st galactic alignment say that we are in the vasinity of the galactic rift alignment
and we cross this section of space each year at the winter solstice
but to pinpoint it to any one year would be such a long stretch that it would not be a good idea for anyone to pinpoint it to any 1 year
to do so would be to say the mayans knew more than we do, and they say there is no way they could have known

but, we see each year that what the mayans knew (that we use to say is obsurde) we find that they knew more than we gave them credit for
they keep turning out to be right on many many solar observations that we are just now beginning to understand in the solar science community

If you watch 48-hr HMI movie, 1620 isn't even there at the beginning! There's a small dot which disappears and then this monster starts growing in the same area. All within the past 24 hours!

Hi Tink, very well said and its nice to see you finding your voice as well!!! Here is the link to the other thread, I commented on it, mentioning how the earth's Schumann Resonances have risen in the last few years and that could be contributing to the ear ringing, which I have had since 2008. I mentioned it at the accupuncturist's office finally in 09 and she said, "oh, you must be a lightworker", which sent me off on a very cool journey, I totally love ascension theory, so much of it correlates with what I have been experiencing.

Thanks for posting AC, parts of that article were very helpful in uniting findings from past few years from the various spacecraft transmitting it.It also gives some scientific background to the dimensional shift of human consciousness.

Hi Sc, I'm just curious, what is the significance of what type ejection it is? Type I, II, III, IV, V? Or if there is a link you guys like, please share. I'm imagining its like the distinctions of the kp index or tornado or hurricane indices, correct?

Another litle c flare...

Yes Hugh, we know you don't think there is any connection, please, lets at least be adult about it and agree to disagree. Otherwise its like saying lots of us here with minds every bit as good as yours are having invalid hunches according to you (and your crew of scientists that back your position) and we all know that can't possibly be the case.

Case in point, 'they' (medical establishment, high powered, like the scientific research community) NEVER used to think that a person's state of mind (i.e., stress level) had ANYTHING to do with one's health or lack thereof and those who thought so were ridiculed and often black-balled out of the medical research field, I mean careers ruined!!. Of course we now know thru evidential research data that just about EVERY illness is associated with the person's state of mind.

On a more personal note of how hunches play out... as part of my dissertation on autonomy and individuation of young adults I included a component on birth order because I feel there is a connection between one's birth order and autonomy and individuation.

Now the literature review of the research at that time showed just as many studies that supported the theory of a birth order effect and just as many that did not support it (frustrating). In my research I theorized that the birth order of the parent should be factored in in order to conclude there IS an effect. Interestingly, of all the birth order research out there, NO ONE had thought to investigate it this way. Low and behold, my data showed an effect when birth order of parents is factored in.

The effect was small but significant (at the p<.05 level)on a couple of variables. This small effect size was due in part to small cell number size, meanining that even though I surveyed 1000 college freshmen (of course, lol) AND their parents there were still only small numbers of subjects in each cell (combinations of child of an oldest, middle youngest, of same sex and different sex). Power of the design was high enough though for results to be valid.

honest question and I will give you my honest answer for me.

Any government agency (or business) is not going to tell the truth on anything, again just my opinion.

Scientist of all kinds are always changing the answer. Not because they are wrong but because they continue to learn new information. No one knows for certain of anything in this world so why pretend you do??? Again all just my opinion.

You take the information from all directions try to discern it and form your own opinion. You than decide what should I do about the information I have just learned??

I don't know what's going to happen. I can't see the future. December 2012 could be a bad mamajama or it could go on as it has always done for eons. I do not know BUT what I do know is bad things happen to good people every second of the day. Why not prepare yourself mentally, physically and spiritually for what may come?? It's just a matter of time before SHTF for you personally or regionally. Don't believe me ask the Sandy victims, the tornado victims, earthquake victims, or all the people who have lost jobs, homes and worries everyday how they are going to feed their loved ones.

Okay, I forgot I was preaching to the choir...sorry got carried away :) I tell my friends/family this all the time. No one ever believes it's going to happen to them

Some nice filaments out there, the curly fella by 1620 could go with some decent energy release. I've noticed the majority of filaments are tied to the southern hemisphere,wonder how much that has to do with the polarity flip?

Yessiree, lots of big filaments lately. From what I've come across, their origins and release triggers remain one of the many mysteries of old Sol. If you look at the field lines you'll see a massive tunnel-shaped arcade of magnetic loops across the southern hemisphere. Pretty impressive.

Solar filaments form in filament channels-voids without plages or chromospheric fine structure such as spicules or fibrils rooted in enhanced magnetic elements. Martres et al. (1966) were the first to draw attention to voids separating plages in their study of the location of filaments in H and Ca II K1 spectroheliograms. Channels coincide with polarity inversions; i.e., they follow along the division between opposite polarities in the line-of-sight magnetic fields (B) measured in the photosphere. As we shall see, the mere existence of a channel in the belt of active latitudes is a necessary but insufficient condition for the formation of a filament.

That was a nice plasmatic ribbon, if it did lift it looks like we'll see a good portion of it. Although I've seen them leave directly earth facing and head south.This looking at H alpha shot straight out.
The big one in the south looks nervous, hopefully currents leave it be!
