Anybody watching the potential of SS1623 morphing into a massive BGD sunspot? [ link to www.solarham.net] [ link to sdo.gsfc.nasa.gov] The spots on the north side are growing very fast and if the south side of 1623 holds together, we could possibly see our largest flares of Cycle 24. Definitely worth keeping an eye on IMO...
