Thread: MASSIVE WINTER STORM FOR PACIFIC NORTH WEST, LOW PRESSURE TO AFFECT CASCADIA.....

This is a realy poorly put together thread (just an example) but im sure you all can see or have heared this LOW PRESSURE term used on your weather channels. In a way this would also explain the booms/atmospheric changing conditions and the strange weather we have all been having.

Low pressure systems are just that.

If you don't mind my asking,how do you think the reported booms could be associated with a Low Pressure system?

The booms you'd get from a LPS would generally be due to Thunder.
