looking at ACE
we have a huge rise in low energy protons
remember, these show us a incoming CME

We also have a increase in Electrons, with a large off the chart spike about 2hrs ago, at around 01:00UTC

there is even a increase in the high energy protons, we dont see that often

as you can see here on the 7 day chart, it usually stays pretty steady

we can see here a change and disturbance at around the 17:00 mark

i will head over to stereo and see what event happened around that time
