Howdy, CosmoG, that looks like a real grab-bag of different cosmic rays, image artifacts, bad subtraction, camera defects, data errors and possibly a few background star clusters or nebula. Here's a few links I use to help identify and classify image anomalies and debris seen on SOHO & STEREO:
