same color of blue but only on the right side as you look at the moon....

and stretches out from the moon at least the same diameter...


excuse my language...but its realy fuccced up....

every time I have seen the moon from my position in western Canada since december 20 2012 the blue is there....

aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I dont know and I have been a Captain of a ship for over 20 years.....many many night shifts....never seen nothing like this one...

I know the term Blue Moon doesn't have anything to do with the color of the moom, but I found one sentence in the description that could explain what you are seeing...perhaps.

Maybe something like this:
