Moving on to our next date in our Earths rotation.... March 21 Equinox, now we are fully exposed to the center of our Galaxy with the Sun at our side, and giving us no protection from the center of the galaxy, we can expect more solar flares combined with more energy from the center of our Galaxy. This will increase immensely until we arrive at our next date in our Earths rotation.... Thread: Must Read...Our Sun has been protecting us from our Center ....Not any more though! Why would this cause an increase in solar flares? Why didn't we see any in the years 2007, 2008,and 2009? Actually we have MORE protection from cosmic rays when the sun is active. Solar maximums expand and strengthen the heliosphere, it's during the minimums of solar activity when we see more galactic cosmic rays. Also very few gamma ray bursts have been recorded in the Milky Way itself and almost all are extra-galactic. Are you aware of recent supernovae which may have an effect on our galactic neighborhood?
