No CMEs from the eruption associated with the Radio Emission Alert.
NOAA-Solar Activity.24 hr Summary...
Solar activity was at very low levels. Region 1710 (S21E34) produced
the largest event of the period, a B8 x-ray event observed at 30/1024
UTC. Region 1710 showed slight growth in the trailer portion of the
region. Other activity included a B4 x-ray event observed at 30/1322
UTC from Region 1708 (N11E45) with an associated Type II radio sweep
(estimated shock speed of 814 km/s).
New Region 1711 (S17E77) continued
to rotate onto the SE quadrant of the disk. As of this report, the
region appeared to consist of a large asymmetrical spot with additional
smaller spots appearing to the south. Due to limb proximity, accurate
magnetic analysis is difficult. However, an initial magnetic assessment
indicates that the smaller spots rotating to the south of the larger
spot may be in a separate spot group. At present, the region is
classified as a C-type group. The two filament eruptions noted in the
previous report (30/1230 UTC) do not appear to have CME signatures
associated with their eruptions..Forecast...
Solar activity is likely to be at low levels with a slight chance for
M-class flares for the next three days (31 March - 02 April) due to the
continued emergence of Region 1711 and the return of old Region 1698
(S19, L=119) on 02 April.
