Quoting: Luisport This is a huge event size-wise. The flare looks much bigger than even the 1818 magnetogram. It's been an hour now and NOAA hasn't even issued a Radio Emissions Alert. What good is an alert if the radio blackout is over when you issue it? Ugh, retards! Latest Magnetogram: [ link to sdo.gsfc.nasa.gov] Latest AIA 304 image: [ link to sdo.gsfc.nasa.gov] The CME is now a foregone conclusion and it's probably a biggie judging from the duration of X-Rays.
