Anyone hear anything about Ison's orbit/trajectory changing? BP linked a Russian report in European agency's ROSCOSMOS, that said Ison seemed to be trying to align with Phobos.

Hugh, you may get frustrated with other people's findings, but it will never compare with the "frustration" I feel when you you cut them down as an "all knowing" authority.

From what I understand, disruptions in the TV satellites are the same as the disruptions in the GOES satellites in the fall and spring equinoxes, which would be now.

I was merely trying to quickly alert the faithful followers of this thread that the cited story is totally bogus info which has been traced back to the disinfo queen Sorcha Faal (known as Sorcha FAIL here at GLP); and has been subsequently picked up by all of the awful pseudo-science YouTubers.

If you were around for Comet C/2010 X-1 a/k/a ELENIN, the exact same BS was front-page-pinned ad nauseum; ie., Comet was a Brown Dwarf, comet was planet X, comet was maneuvering intelligently-piloted craft, comet had multiple satellites or more alien craft in tow, comet was a harbinger of the Second Coming, etc., etc., etc.

GOBEKLI TEPE-No Laughing Matter......Sirius-ly-

Is everyone here familiar with Gobleki Tepe on the Turkish-Syrian border? It is the oldest megalithic structure ever discovered......older than the pyramids, Stonehenge and Moses by thousands of years!

An interesting theory has the site associated with the first precessional appearance of the incredibly bright star Sirius in the Northern Hemisphere.

The circular stone enclosures known as the temple at Göbekli Tepe in southeastern Turkey remain the oldest of its kind, dating back to around the 10th millennium B.C.

But Göbekli Tepe may also be the world's oldest science building.

Giulio Magli of the Polytechnic University of Milan hypothesizes it may have been built due to the “birth” of a “new” star; the brightest star and fourth brightest object of the sky, what we call Sirius (Greek for "glowing").

Sirius, which we also call the 'dog star' due to its location in the constellation Canis Major, was obviously not born 12,000 years ago, but Hipparchus would not discover the phenomenon of "precession" until 200 BC, when he compared the equinoxes in his time with older charts and made the connection. Precession at the latitude of Göbekli Tepe would have sent Sirius under the viewing horizon of those in ancient Turkey around 15,000 BC, where it remained unseen again until around 9,300 B.C. To those residents it was a new star appearing for the first time.
