i have a question about horrible knee pain

My other knee acts up time to time but that's because I was bit by a brown recluse a few years ago. This is a different kind of pain. I also been getting wicked headaches. Idk if any of this has anything to do with each other

I suggest you rest flat on your back- also take omega oils and commit to regular daily exercise

Do the headaches 'flare up' simultaneously with the knee pain?

Muscle around the knee or the joint?

I have sciatica right now real bad and the muscle around my knee is so tight I can hardly put weight on it. Hurts the joint too. If I try to walk on it, it sends a burn up my leg.

Or it could be a pulled hamstring. That's what I thought mine was at first.

I live in Florida no where near woods or forests. I've always been kinda thin but lost tons of weight when I was put on adhd drugs. I woke up and stopped taking them cuz I knew they were killing me and I never ate while I was on them

They do spray alot of chemtrails over my house but I don't think that's it either.

Mine started like that too, just out of the blue...turned out that the cushion between the joints is gone and I need a knee replacement. However, they won't do it, hold out as long as you can...get cortisone shots...your too young...ect. Injection has helped but it is time for another one. Has never lost the tightness and I can't stand with equal weight on both legs...it feels numb. Exercise will help you. Tylenol or ibuprofin don't do anyting tohelp with the pain.

Bakers Cyst thats what my prolem with my knee is.
Just build up of extra calcium. Can have surgery but it will prob come back. So Doc put me on Naproxin twice a day for a month seems to help
