No where does it state that a MELTDOWN OCCURING is occurring.

Underscoring grave concerns about the Fukushima plant some 240 km (150 miles) north of Tokyo, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said the U.S. air force had delivered coolant to avert a rise in the temperature of the facility's nuclear rods.

Tokyo Electric Power Co said pressure inside a reactor at its Fukushima-Daiichi plant rose after the cooling system was knocked out by the earthquake, the largest on record in Japan.

Kyodo news agency quoted the company as saying that the radiation level was rising in the turbine building and the pressure had risen to 1.5 times the designed capacity.

If that shit blows up it's over for Japan, massive unrest and exodus would happen, a wide piece of the island would remain a no man's land, many areas in and out the country would face radioactive contamination, every top expert in the world should be hired and bring on the site to help the crews to kill that monster as soon as possible.

Japan's nine utilities and one wholesaler have 54 nuclear power generators for commercial
use, with a total generating capacity of 48,960 megawatts. In the table below, capacities are shown in megawatts. "P" represents a planned regular
inspection shutdown and "U" an unplanned shutdown, including those on Friday due to the
earthquake.

U.S. Geological Survey Yet Edano said the Fukushima Daiichi reactor "remains at a high temperature," because it "cannot cool down." The Kyodo agency reported Friday that the radiation level was rising in a turbine building at the plant.

That plant and three others were shut down following the quake, after Japan declared a state of atomic power emergency.

Cham Gallas, a professor of disaster management at the University of Georgia, said that it wouldn't be surprising if reactors get "both thermally hot and radioactively hot" after the reactors were shut down.
