the pressure relief process is hindering due to the high levels of radiation. The main control room is 1000X as well now. it is about 8X by the entrance gate to the facility.

They just said on live feedback that they want everyone in a 10km radius to evacuate the area!

Umm, there is normally very little radiation in the control room of a nuclear power plant. The one near me has less background radiation than most places like your own home.

If there is 1k times more radiation in the control room it is probably still habitable.
