I still have pressure but not so severe as yesterday-I had to really work it for a while to get past it-and limited the stress in my environment-too bad I cannot get the world to go there...


I backed off my dance/exercise routine-as I hit it pretty hard to keep things mobile...it is important especially now to keep active-physically not just mentally or intellectually-one needs to know their core-and know it well-for many are entranced by harmonics and waves they cannot see...and some do not even believe exist-or know very little about how these things affect people and living organisms.




Few have have moved the world through many thousands of years(a small group have and left treasure for those who question, those who seek-

What is ahead-a leap, knowledge has increased across the earth and will QUICKLY be assimilated-what will the people do with such new insights?
-They shall find a re focusing on what is truly important...not all the hate so many ooze like sludge, but looking out for one another and keeping our own minds clear, avoiding adding to the muck with wayward thinking-that which serves no one-even if the deluded think they are winning-when they strike their neighbor they are actually showing great self hatred-they are slicing their own throats-even their reflexive actions betray them-as they betray many easily-so shall their betrayal come-



It is time for change many can not relate to-there are parallel 'programs' running-and they are oppositional to one another-and all kinds of 'groups' vying for CONtrol...they will use all catastrophes to boost their crumbling barbaric empire-and they will get rather MILITANT and over reaching-speech that can be censured will be-

speak well and specific, knowing all kinds of strange is underfoot-

speak less, no wrong can come of it-

Truth is a measuring rod

and discernment is given to those who ask

to process all senses-even as new ones are discovered-do not be distracted by the material or sensual-but master oneself and do not allow emotions to rule as they change constantly-nor intellectualizing what must be experienced in one's heart-

bring the parts of one's body in sync-in harmony

In tune, so to speak...

Once one's inner world is in 'order', the order flows forth in abundance-Love encapsulates so many things

Fortifying the body and the heart-and so much more-
