In 1992, Dr John Coleman published Conspirators Hierarchy: The Story of the Committee of 300. With laudable scholarship and meticulous research, Dr Coleman identifies the players and carefully details the New World Order agenda of worldwide domination and control. On page 161 of the Conspirators Hierarchy, Dr Coleman accurately summarizes the intent and purpose of the Committee of 300 as follows:
"A One World Government and one-unit monetary system, under permanent non-elected hereditary oligarchists who self-select from among their numbers in the form of a feudal system as it was in the Middle Ages. In this One World entity, population will be limited by restrictions on the number of children per family, diseases, wars, famines, until 1 billion people who are useful to the ruling class, in areas which will be strictly and clearly defined, remain as the total world population.
There will be no middle class, only rulers and the servants. All laws will be uniform under a legal system of world courts practicing the same unified code of laws, backed up by a One World Government police force and a One World unified military to enforce laws in all former countries where no national boundaries shall exist. The system will be on the basis of a welfare state; those who are obedient and subservient to the One World Government will be rewarded with the means to live; those who are rebellious will simply be starved to death or be declared outlaws, thus a target for anyone who wishes to kill them. If and when there's the equivalent of an international Nuremberg trial for the American perpetrators of crimes against humanity in Guantánamo, Iraq, Afghanistan, and the CIA's secret prisons, there will be mounds of evidence available from documented international reports by human-rights organizations, including an arm of the European parliament-as well as such deeply footnoted books as Stephen Grey's Ghost Plane: The True Story of the CIA Torture Program (St. Martin's Press) and Charlie Savage's just-published Takeover: The Return of the Imperial Presidency and the Subversion of American Democracy (Little, Brown).
While the Democratic Congress has yet to begin a serious investigation into what many European legislators already know about American war crimes, a particularly telling report by the International Committee of the Red Cross has been leaked that would surely figure prominently in such a potential Nuremberg trial. The Red Cross itself is bound to public silence concerning the results of its human-rights probes of prisons around the world-or else governments wouldn't let them in.
But The New Yorker's Jane Mayer has sources who have seen accounts of the Red Cross interviews with inmates formerly held in CIA secret prisons. In "The Black Sites" (August 13, The New Yorker), Mayer also reveals the effect on our torturers of what they do-on the orders of the president-to "protect American values."
She quotes a former CIA officer: "When you cross over that line of darkness, it's hard to come back. You lose your soul. You can do your best to justify it, but . . . you can't go back to that dark a place without it changing you."
Few average Americans have been changed, however, by what the CIA does in our name. Blame that on the tight official secrecy that continues over how the CIA extracts information. On July 20, the Bush administration issued a new executive order authorizing the CIA to continue using these techniques-without disclosing anything about them.
If we, the people, are ultimately condemned by a world court for our complicity and silence in these war crimes, we can always try to echo those Germans who claimed not to know what Hitler and his enforcers were doing. But in Nazi Germany, people had no way of insisting on finding out what happened to their disappeared neighbors.
We, however, have the right and the power to insist that Congress discover and reveal the details of the torture and other brutalities that the CIA has been inflicting in our name on terrorism suspects.

Officials from the top of Government to lowly council officers will be given unprecedented powers to access details of every phone call in Britain under laws coming into force tomorrow.
The new rules compel phone companies to retain information, however private, about all landline and mobile calls, and make them available to some 795 public bodies and quangos.
The move, enacted by the personal decree of Home Secretary Jacqui Smith, will give police and security services a right they have long demanded: to delve at will into the phone records of British citizens and businesses.

But the same powers will also be handed to the tax authorities, 475 local councils, and a host of other organisations, including the Food Standards Agency, the Department of Health, the Immigration Service, the Gaming Board and the Charity Commission. The initiative, formulated in the wake of the Madrid and London terrorist attacks
of 2004 and 2005, was put forward as a vital tool in the fight against terrorism. However, civil liberties campaigners say the new powers amount to a 'free for all' for the State snooping on its citizens.
And they angrily questioned why the records were being made available to so many organisations. Similar provisions are being brought in across Europe, but under much tighter regulation. In Britain, say critics, private and sensitive information will inevitably fall into the wrong hands.
Records will detail precisely what calls are made, their time and duration, and the name and address of the registered user of the phone.
The files will even reveal where people are when they made mobile phone calls. By knowing which mast transmitted the signal, officials will be able to pinpoint the source of a call to within a few feet. This can even be used to track someone's route if, for example, they make a call from a moving car.
Files will also be kept on the sending and receipt of text messages.
By 2009 the Government plans to extend the rules to cover internet use: the websites we have visited, the people we have emailed and phone calls made over the net.

Home Secretary Jacqui Smith has spearheaded the move to give police and security services access to the phone records of British citizens and businesses.
The new laws will make it a legal requirement for phone companies to keep records for at least a year, and to make them available to the authorities. Until now, companies have been reluctant to allow unfettered access to their files, citing data protection laws, although they have had a voluntary arrangement with law enforcement agencies since 2003.
Many of the organisations granted access to the records already have systems allowing them to search phone-call databases over a computer link without needing staff at the phone company to intervene.
Police requests for phone records will need the approval of a superintendent or inspector, while council officials must get permission from the authority's assistant chief officer. Thousands of staff in other agencies will be legally entitled to retrieve the records once the request is approved by a senior official.
The new measures were implemented after the Home Secretary signed a 'statutory instrument' on July 26. The process allows the Government to alter laws without a full act of Parliament.
The move was nodded through the House of Lords two days earlier without a debate.
It puts into UK law a European Directive aimed at the 'investigation, detection and prosecution of serious crime'. But the British law allows the information to be used much more widely to combat all crimes, however minor.
The huge number of organisations allowed to access this data was attacked by Liberty, the civil liberties campaign group. Other organisations allowed to see the data include the Royal Navy Regulating Branch, the Atomic Energy Authority Constabulary, the Department of Trade and Industry, NHS Trusts, ambulance and fire services, the Department of Transport and the Department for the Environment.
A spokesman for Liberty said: 'Hundreds of bodies have been given the power to look at this highly sensitive information. It is yet another example of how greater and greater access is being given to information on our movements with little debate and little public accountability.
'It is a free for all. There is a lack of oversight of how and why public bodies are using these records. There is no public record of what they are using this information for.'
Tony Bunyan, of civil liberties group Statewatch, said: 'The retention of everyone's communications data is a momentous decision, one that should not be slipped through Parliament without anyone noticing.'
Last year, the voluntary arrangement allowed 439,000 searches of phone records. But the Government brought in legislation because the industry did not routinely keep all the information it wanted.
Different authorities will have different levels of access to the systems. Police and intelligence services will be able to see more detailed information than local authorities. And officials at NHS Trusts and ambulance and fire services can obtain the records only in rare cases when, for example, they are trying to save a patient's life.
The new system will be overseen by the Interception of Communications Commissioner, who also ensures security and intelligence services' phone taps are legal.
The commissioner, Sir Paul Kennedy, reports to the Prime Minister and already carries out random inspections of some agencies legally allowed to see phone records under the existing voluntary scheme. Last year inspectors visited 22 councils already making 'significant' use of their powers' to access phone records. A report said the results were 'variable', but within the law.
Privacy watchdog the Information Commissioner, which has responsibly for protecting personal information and policing the Data Protection Act had virtually no role in the new laws.
A spokeswoman said its only function was to ensure 'data security' at the phone companies, adding: 'We have no oversight role over the release of this information.'
The Home Office said there were safeguards to ensure the new law was being used properly. Every authority had a nominated senior member of staff who was legally responsible for the use the phone data was put to, 'the integrity of the process' and for 'reporting errors'.
A spokesman said: 'The most detailed level of data can be accessed only by law enforcement agencies such as the police. More basic access is available to local authority bodies such as trading standards and environmental health who can only use these powers to prevent and detect crime.'
A spokesman for the Local Government Association, which represents councils across England and Wales, said: 'Councils would only use these powers in circumstances such as benefit fraud, when the taxpayer is being ripped off for many thousands of pounds.'
He added that it was 'very unlikely' the powers would be used against non-payers of council tax or for parking fines 'as the sums involved are not sufficient to justify the use of this sort of information or the costs involved in applying it'. |

THE TRILATERAL COMMISSION
By the early 1970s, thanks to burgeoning communications technology,
many Americans were becoming more aware of secretive organizations
such as the Council on Foreign Relations. Former CFR chairman David
Rockefeller, apparently in an effort to deflect public attention from
CFR activities, instigated the creation of a more public offshoot organization:
the Trilateral Commission.
Both the commission and its predecessor, the CFR, are held out by
conspiracy researchers as the epitome of covert organizations which
may be guiding public policy in directions opposite to those either in
the best interest of or desired by the public.
The concept of the Trilateral Commission was originally brought to
Rockefeller by Zbigniew Brzezinski, then head of the Russian Studies
Department at Columbia University. While at the Brookings Institution,
Brzezinski had been researching the need for closer cooperation
between the trilateral nations of Furope, North America, and Asia.
In 1970, Brzezinski wrote in foreign Affairs, a CFR publication, "A
new and broader approach is needed—creation of a community of the
developed nations which can effectively address itself to the larger concerns
confronting mankind. ... A council representing the United States,
Western Europe, and Japan, with regular meetings of the heads of governments
as well as some small standing machinery, would be a good
Later that year, he published a book entitled Between Two Ages: America's
Role in the Technetronic Era. Within those pages, Brzezinski spelled
out his vision for the future.
He prophetically foresaw a society "... that is shaped culturally, psychologically,
socially, and economically by the impact of technology and
electronics—particularly in the area of computers and communication."
Brzezinski's visions would raise the suspicions of those opposed to rhe
consolidation of world political and economic power. Declaring "National
sovereignty is no longer a viable concept," he predicted "movement
toward a larger community by the developing nations . . . through a variety
of indirect ties and already developing limitations on national sovereignty."
He foresaw this larger community being funded by "a global taxation
system."
In explaining that a cooperative hub, such as the Trilateral Commission,
might set the stage for future consolidation, he reasoned, "Though
the objective of shaping a community of developed nations is less ambitious
than the goal of world government, it is more attainable."
Brzezinski's hope for a global society did not exclude nations then
under the rule of Marxism, which he described as "a further vital and
creative stage in the maturing of man's universal vision" and "a victory
of the external man over the inner, passive man, and a victory of reason
over belief."
Brzezinski's plan for a commission of trilateral nations was first presented
during a meeting of the ultrasecret Bilderberg group in April
1972, in the small Belgian town of Knokke-Heist. Reception to
Brzezinski's proposal reportedly was enthusiastic. At that time international
financiers were concerned over Nixon's devaluation of the dollar,
surcharges on imports, and budding detente with China, all of which
were causing relations with Japan to deteriorate. In addition, energy
problems were growing in response to price increases by the Organization
of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
With rhe blessing of the Bilderbergers and the CFR, the Trilateral Commission
began organizing on July 23-24, 1972, at the 3,500-acre Rockefeller
estate at Pocantico Hills, a subdivision of Tarrytown, New York.
Participants in this private meeting included Rockefeller, Brzezinski,
Brookings Institution director of foreign policy studies Henry Owen,
McGeorge Bundy, Robert Bowie, C. Fred Bergsren, Bayless Manning,
Karl Carstens, Guido Colonna di Paliano, Francois Duchene, Rene
Foch, Max Kohnstamm, Kiichi Miyazawa, Saburo Ikita, and Tadashi
Yamamoto. Apparently these founders were selected by Rockefeller and
Brzezinski.
The Trilateral Commission officially was founded on July 1, 1973,
with David Rockefeller as chairman. Brzezinski was named foundingNorth American director. North American members included Georgia
governor jimmy Carter, congressman John B. Anderson (another presidential
candidate), and Time, Inc. editor-in-chief Hedley Donovan, Foreign
founding members included the late Reginald Maudling, Lord Eric
Roll, Economist editor Alistair Burnet, FIAT president Giovanni
Agnelli, and French vice president of the Commission of European
Communities Raymond Barre. The total exclusive membership remains
about three hundred persons.
According to the commission's official yearly publication, Triaiogue,
"The Trilateral Commission was formed in 1973 by private citizens of
Western Europe, Japan, and North America to foster closer cooperation
among these three regions on common problems." Skeptical conspiracy
authors saw "closer cooperation" as more like "collusion" of the multinational
bankers and corporate elite with an eye toward one-world government.
The Trilateral Commission has headquarters in New York, Paris, and
Tokyo. An executive committee of thirty-five members administers the
commission, which meets roughly every nine months rotating between the
three regions.
It is not surprising that the question of who funds this group has
arisen. Commission spokesmen stress that the group does not receive any
government funding. A report in 1978 showed that commission funding
from mid-1976 to mid-1979 was $1,180,000, much of which came from
tax-exempt foundations such as the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, which in
1977 alone put up $120,000. Donations also came from the Ford Foundation,
the Lilly Endowment, the German Marshall Fund and corporations
such as Time, Bechtel, Exxon, General Motors, Wells-Fargo, and
Texas Instruments.
In addition to its newsletter, Triaiogue, the commission has regularly
issued a number of "Task Force Reports" or "Triangle Papers" which arc
publicly available. "For years, conspiracy-oriented newsletters of the
Right and Left have been peddling Trilateral 'secrets' which were obtained
directly from the Commission!" snickered journalist and Trilateral Commission
researcher Robert Eringer. It is obvious to most researchers that,
as these papers are available to the public, they don't contain any true
inner "secrets". |

Trilateralist John Sawhill authored an early commission report,
Energy: Managing the Transition, which made recommendations on
how to manage a movement to higher-cost energy. Carter appointed
Sawhill deputy secretary of the Department of Energy. C. Fred Bergsten
aided in the preparation of a commission report called The Reform of
International Institutions, then went on to become assistant secretary
of the treasury for international affairs.
"Many of the original members of the Trilateral Commission are now
in positions of power where they are able ro implement policy recommendations
of the Commission; recommendations that they, themselves,
prepared on behalf of the Commission," noted journalist Eringer. "It is
for this reason that the Commission has acquired a reputation for being
the Shadow Government of the West."
"The Trilateral Commission's tentacles have reached so far afield in the
political and economic sphete that it has heen described by some as a
cabal of powerful men out to control the world by creating a supernational
community dominated by the multinational corporations," wrote

THE RUSSIAN REVOLUTION
There indeed exists a wealth of documentation indicating that the
Russian Revolution—indeed the very creation of Communism—sprang
from Western conspiracies beginning even before World War I.
"One of the greatest myths of contemporary history is that the Bolshevik
Revolution in Russia was a popular uprising of the downtrodden
masses against the hated ruling class of the Czars," wrote author
Griffin, who claimed that both planning and funding for the revolurion
came from financiers in Germany, Britain, and the United States.
In January 1917 Leon Trorsky was living in New York City working as
a reporter for The New World, a communist newspaper. Trotsky had
escaped an earlier failed attempt at revolution in Russia and fled to
France, where he was expelled for his revolutionary behavior. "He soon
discovered that there were wealthy Wall Street bankers who were willing
to finance a revolution in Russia," wrote journalist Still.
One of these bankers was Jacob Schiff, whose family had lived with the
Rothschilds in Frankfurt. Another was Elihu Root, attorney for Paul Warburg's
Kuhn, Loeb & Company. According to the New York journal-
American, "It is estimated by Jacob's grandson, John Schiff, that the old
man sank about S20 million for the final triumph of Bolshevism in Russia."
Root, a CFR member, contribured yer another $20 million, according
to the Congressional Record of September 2, 1919.
Schiff and Root were not alone. Arsene de Goulevitch, who was present

Hegel's fellow idealist and the man who most influenced his work,
Fichte, was a member of secret societies. "It is interesting that Fichte, who
developed these ideas before Hegel, was a Freemason, almost certainly
Illuminati, and certainly was promoted by the Illuminati," wrote author
Sutton. It has even been suggested that Hegel himself may have been a
member of the revolutionary German Illuminati lodge outlawed by the

Marx turned Hegel's theoretical philosophy to the material world and
developed an exceptional tool for manipulating people and events. This
has become known as the Hegelian dialectic, the process in which opposites—

The application relevant here is the idea that Western, capitalists created
Communism on one side (thesis) as a perceived enemy to the democratic
nations (antithesis) on the other side. The ensuing conflict produced huge
markets for finance and armaments and eventually a leveling of both sides(synthesis). Often during the past fifty years it was said, the U.S. is getting
more like Russia, and they are getting more like the U.S.
The members of secret societies traceable to Rhodes's Round Tables
understood the Hegelian dialectic well. Their predecessors had successfully
used it for centuries without the name of Hegel. These early-day
Machiavellis had found it was but a small Step to the realization that
one needn't wait for crisis and turmoil. Social upheaval could be created
and controlled to their own benefit. Hence came the cycles of
financial booms and busts, crises and revolutions, wars and threats of
war, all of which maintained a balance of power.
Social activists and bureaucrats alike have learned this both-endsagainst-
the-middle stratagem well, whether by experience, intuition, 01

The imprint of the secret societies can be found in every war and conflict
of the twentieth century.
The historic record is unmistakable. The same society members turn up
in every instance—passing from father to son, business partner to close
associate, fraternity brother to brother. It would seem, based on the public's
demonstrated antipathy toward war, that occasionally there would be
governmental house cleaning, a complete changeover of leadership and
officials. Yet the same old secret society faces keep returning to power, as
noted by President Kennedy. The mass media appears unconcerned and
the public is asked to believe that this is all sheer coincidence—simply a
case of the most competent man for the job.
The Report from Iron Mountain, whether provable as histotic fact
or not, accurately reflects the thinking of secret society members. For
example, in a 1981 interview concerning overpopulation, CFR member
Maxwell Taylor blithely stated, "I have already written off more than a
billion people. These people are in places in Africa, Asia, Latin America.
We can't save them. The population crisis and the food-supply
question dictate that we should not even try. It's a waste of time."
While some conflicts arguably were necessary—such as World War
II—others like Vietnam and the Gulf War appear less so. Yet all were
immensely profitable to secret society membets and all advanced their
goal of one-world government.
The Royal Institute of International Affairs and the CFR made plans
for a conflict in Southeast Asia as far back as 1951. The creation of the
Southeast Asia Treaty Organization in 1954 was a calculated scheme to
provide U.S. officials a legal basis for intervention in Vietnam. President
Kennedy, who was assassinated before he could withdraw troops,
had been at increasing odds with secret society members on Wall Street, |

President Johnson and his CFR advisers were deceitful in their maneuvering
to obtain unconstitutional war powers from Congress following
the phony "Gulf of Tonkin" incident in 1964. These same advisers continued
to support that war until it became apparent that the costs—both
in lives, money, and national unity—were becoming greater than the profits,
at which time they turned against Johnson.
Korea was a prototype conflict to judge how the American public
would react to a winless United Nations "police action." It set the
precedent of American GIs fighting outside the United States under foreign
commanders, an activity which continues today. Ironically, ranking
Russian officials commanded the North. Koreans on one side and
the United Nations troops on the other.
World War II was fought to stop fascists in Germany, Italy, and
Japan, who had been created and financed by secret society members in
the West. Despite the deadly nature of this war, American and British
society members continued to do business with the enemy and then
arranged their reconstruction afterward. Nowhere was this duplicity
more evidenr than in President Roosevelt's failure to alert American
troops at Pearl Harbor of the impending Japanese attack brought on by

Hitler, that great scourge of the twentieth century, was clearly a creation
of both secret societies and their Western financiers. Explanations
for this extraordinary circumstance range from the desire to create a
balance of power with Communism to the extraordinary possibility
that Hitler was directly related to the Viennese Rothschild's. His Nazis
were more a cult than a political party and reflected both the esoteric
knowledge and obsessions of elder European secret societies which can

These societies had been active during World War I and the Russian

and Karl Marx were largely the same goals of the Illuminati and
continental Freemasonry. It was all a real-world model of the theory of

(antithesis) created a compromise (synthesis). This formula—with the added element of actually creating the conflict—has been used successfully
by the students of Hegel, which include the Illuminati, Cecil
Rhodes, Hitler and members of the modern secret societies.
It is evident that, to whatever degree, individuals connected by
blood, Titles, marriage, or membership in secret societies have manipulated
and controlled the destinies of entire nations through the fomentation
and funding of war. These people consider themselves above the
morality and ethics of the average man. They obviously look to some
higher purpose—whether that be sheer wealth and power or perhaps
some hidden agenda concerning mankind's origin, destiny, and spirituality.
Even as Marx, Engels, and their followers were creating Communism
in London during the mid-nineteenth century, the long-standing
plans of the Illuminati and its descendant societies to foment internal
strife within the United States were being brought to fruition in a great

When the Elector of Hesse earned a fortune by renting Hessian mercenaries to the British to put down the rebellion in the American colonies, Rothschild was entrusted with this money to invest. He made an excellent profit both for himself and the Elector, and attracted other accounts. In 1785 he moved to a larger house, 148 Judengasse, a five story house known as "The Green Shield" which he shared with the Schiff family.
The five sons established branches in the principal cities of Europe, the most successful being James in Paris and Nathan Mayer in London. Ignatius Balla in The Romance of the Rothschilds46 tells us how the London Rothschild established his fortune. He went to Waterloo, where the fate of Europe hung in the balance, saw that Napoleon was losing the battle, and rushed back to Brussels. At Ostend, he tried to hire a boat to England, but because of a raging storm, no one was willing to go out. Rothschild offered 500 francs, then 700, and finally 1,000 francs for a boat. One sailor said, "I will take you for 2000 francs; then at least my widow will have something if we are drowned." Despite the storm, they crossed the Channel.
The next morning, Rothschild was at his usual post in the London Exchange. Everyone noticed how pale and exhausted he looked. Suddenly, he started selling, dumping large quantities of securities. Panic immediately swept the Exchange. Rothschild is selling; he knows we have lost the Battle of Waterloo. Rothschild and all of his known agents continued to throw securities onto the market. Balla says, "Nothing could arrest the disaster. At the same time he was quietly buying up all securities by means of secret agents whom no one knew. In a single day, he had gained nearly a million sterling, giving rise to the saying, ‘The Allies won the Battle of Waterloo, but it was really Rothschild who won.’"*
In The Profits of War, Richard Lewinsohn says, "Rothschild’s war profits from the Napoleonic Wars financed their later stock speculations. Under Metternich, Austria after long hesitation, finally agreed to accept financial direction from the House of Rothschild."47

After the success of his Waterloo exploit, Nathan Mayer Rothschild gained control of the Bank of England through his near monopoly of "Consols" and other shares. Several "central" banks, or banks which had the power to issue currency, had been started in Europe: The Bank of Sweden, in 1656, which began to issue notes in 1661, the earliest being the Bank of Amsterdam, which financed Oliver Cromwell’s seizure of power in England in 1649, ostensibly because of religious differences. Cromwell died in 1657 and the throne of England was re-established when Charles II was crowned in 1660. He died in 1685. In 1689, the same group of bankers regained power in England by putting King William of Orange on the throne. goldsmiths to store gold and to issue receipts, which gave the stockholders of the Bank of England a money monopoly. The goldsmiths also were required to store their gold in the Bank of England vaults. Not only had their privilege of issuing circulating medium been taken away by government decree, but their fortunes were now turned over to those who had supplanted them.*
In his "Cantos", 46; 27, Ezra Pound refers to the unique privileges which William Paterson advertised in his prospectus for the Charter of the Bank of England:

The "nothing" which is referred to, of course, is the bookkeeping operation of the bank, which "creates" money by entering a notation that it has "lent" you one thousand dollars, money which did not exist until the bank made the entry.
By 1698, the British Treasury owed 16 million pounds sterling to the Bank of England. By 1815, principally due to the compounding of interest, the debt had risen to 885 million pounds sterling. Some of this increase was due to the wars which had flourished during that period, including the Napoleonic Wars and the wars which England had fought to retain its American Colony.

William Paterson (1658-1719) himself benefited little from "the moneys which the bank creates out of nothing", as he withdrew, after a policy disagreement, from the Bank of England a year after it was founded. A later William Paterson became one of the framers of the United States Constitution, while the name lingers on, like the pernicious central bank itself.
Paterson had found himself unable to work with the Bank of England’s stockholders. Many of them remained anonymous, but an early description of the Bank of England stated it was "A society of about 1330 persons, including the King and Queen of England, who had 10,000 pounds of stock, the Duke of Leeds, Duke of Devonshire, Earl of Pembroke, and the Earl of Bradford."
Because of his success in his speculations, Baron Nathan Mayer de Rothschild, as he now called himself, reigned as the supreme financial power in London. He arrogantly exclaimed, during a party in his mansion, "I care not what puppet is placed upon the throne of England to rule the Empire on which the sun never sets. The man that controls Britain’s money supply controls the British Empire, and I control the British money supply."
His brother James in Paris had also achieved dominance in French finance. In Baron Edmond de Rothschild, David Druck writes, "(James) Rothschild’s wealth had reached the 600 million mark. Only one man in France possessed more. That was the King, whose wealth was 800 million. The aggregate wealth of all the bankers in France was 150 million less than that of James Rothschild. This naturally gave him untold powers, even to the extent of unseating governments whenever he chose to do so. It is well known, for example, that he overthrew the Cabinet of Prime Minister Thiers."48
The expansion of Germany under Bismarck was accompanied by his dependence on Samuel Bleichroder, Court Bankers of the Prussian Emperor, who had been known as an agent of the Rothschilds since 1828. The later Chancellor of Germany, Dr. von Bethmann Hollweg, was the son of Moritz Bethmann of Frankfurt, who had intermarried with the Rothschilds. Josephson49 states that Philip Mountbatten was related through the Cassels to the Meyer Rothschilds of Frankfurt. Thus, the English royal House of Windsor has a direct family relationship to the Rothschilds. In 1901, when Queen Victoria’s son, Edward, became King Edward VII, he re-established the Rothschild ties.
Paul Emden in Behind The Throne says,
"Edward’s preparation for his metier was quite different from that of his mother, hence he ‘ruled’ less than she did. Gratefully, he retained around him men who had been with him in the age of the building of the Baghdad Railway...there were added to the advisory staff Leopold and Alfred de Rothschild, various members of the Sassoon family, and above all his private financial advisor Sir Ernest Cassel."50
The enormous fortune which Cassel made in a relatively short time gave him an immense power which he never misused. He amalgamated the firm of Vickers Sons with the Naval Construction Company and the Maxim-Nordenfeldt Guns and Ammunition Company, a fusion from which there arose the worldwide firm of Vickers Sons and Maxim. On an entirely different capacity from Cassel were businessmen like the Rothschilds. The firm was run on democratic principles, and the various partners all had to be members of the family. With great hospitality and in a princely manner they led the lives of grand seigneurs, and it was natural that Edward VII should find them congenial. Thanks to their international family relationships and still more extended business connections, they knew the whole world, were well informed about everybody, and had reliable knowledge of matters which did not appear on the surface. This combination of finance and politics had been a trademark of the Rothschilds from the very beginning. The House of Rothschild always knew more than could be found in the papers and even more than could be read in the reports which arrived at the Foreign Office. In other countries also the relations of the Rothschilds extended behind the throne. Not until numerous diplomatic publications appeared in the years after the war did a wider public learn how strongly Alfred de Rothschild’s hand affected the politics of Central Europe during the twenty years before the war (World War I)."
With the control of the money came the control of the news media. Kent Cooper, head of the Associated Press, writes in his autobiography, Barriers Down,
"International bankers under the House of Rothschild acquired an interest in the three leading European agencies."51
Thus the Rothschilds bought control of Reuters International News Agency, based in London, Havas of France, and Wolf in Germany, which controlled the dissemination of all news in Europe.

In Inside Europe52, John Gunther wrote in 1936 that any French prime minister, at the end of 1935, was a creature of the financial oligarchy, and that this financial oligarchy was dominated by twelve regents, of whom six were bankers, and were headed by Baron Edmond de Rothschild.
The iron grip of the "London Connection" on the media was exposed in a recent book by Ben J. Bagdikian The Media Monopoly, described as "A startling report on the 50 corporations that control what America sees, hears, reads".53 Bagdikian, who edited the nation’s most influential magazine the Saturday Evening Post until the monopoly suddenly closed it down, reveals the interlocking directorates among the fifty corporations which control the news, but fails to trace them back to the five London banking houses which control them. He mentions that CBS interlocks with the Washington Post, Allied Chemical, Wells Fargo Bank, and others, but does not tell the reader that Brown Brothers Harriman controls CBS, or that the Eugene Meyer family (Lazard Freres) controls Allied Chemical and the Washington Post, and Kuhn Loeb Co. the Wells Fargo Bank. He shows the New York Times interlocked with Morgan Guaranty Trust, American Express, First Boston Corporation and others, but does not show how the banking interlocks. He does not mention the Federal Reserve System in his entire book, which is conspicuous by its absence.
Bagdikian documents that the media monopoly is steadily closing down more newspapers and magazines. Washington D.C., with one paper, The Post, is unique among world capitols. London has eleven daily newspapers, Paris fourteen, Rome eighteen, Tokyo seventeen, and Moscow nine. He cites a study from the 1982 World Press Encyclopaedia that the United States is at the bottom of industrial nations in the number of daily newspapers sold per 1,000 population. Sweden leads the list with 572, the United States is at the bottom with 287. There is universal distrust of the media by Americans, because of their notorious monopoly and bias. The media unanimously urge higher taxes on working people, more government spending, a welfare state with totalitarian powers, close relations with Russia, and a rabid denunciation of anyone who opposes Communism. This is the program of "the London Connection." It flaunts a maniacal racism, and has as its motto the dictum of its high priestess, Susan Sontag, that "The white race is the cancer of history." Everyone should be against cancer. The media monopoly deals with its opponents in one of two ways; either frontal assault of libel which the average person cannot afford to litigate, or an iron curtain of silence, the standard treatment for any work which exposes its clandestine activities.

1. To establish a One World Government/New World Order with a unified church and monetary system under their direction. The One World Government began to set up its church in the 1920:s and 30:s, for they realized the need for a religious belief inherent in mankind must have an outlet and, therefore, set up a "church" body to channel that belief in the direction they desired.
2. To bring about the utter destruction of all national identity and national pride, which was a primary consideration if the concept of a One World Government was to work.
3. To engineer and bring about the destruction of religion, and more especially, the Christian Religion, with the one exception, their own creation, as mentioned above.
4. To establish the ability to control of each and every person through means of mind control and what Zbignew Brzezinski called techonotronics, which would create human-like robots and a system of terror which would make Felix Dzerzinhski’s Red Terror look like children at play.
5. To bring about the end to all industrialization and the production of nuclear generated electric power in what they call "the post-industrial zero-growth society". Excepted are the computer- and service industries. US industries that remain will be exported to countries such as Mexico where abundant slave labor is available. As we saw in 1993, this has become a fact through the passage of the North American Free Trade Agreement, known as NAFTA. Unemployables in the US, in the wake of industrial destruction, will either become opium-heroin and/or cocaine addicts, or become statistics in the elimination of the "excess population" process we know of today as Global 2000 Report.
6. To encourage, and eventually legalize the use of drugs and make pornography an "art-form", which will be widely accepted and, eventually, become quite commonplace.
7. To bring about depopulation of large cities according to the trial run carried out by the Pol Pot regime in Cambodia. It is interesting to note that Pol Pot’s genocidal plans were drawn up in the US by one of the Club of Rome’s research foundations, and overseen by Thomas Enders, a high-ranking State Department official. It is also interesting that the committee is currently seeking to reinstate the Pol Pot butchers in Cambodia.
8. To suppress all scientific development except for those deemed beneficial by the Illuminati. Especially targeted is nuclear energy for peaceful purposes. Particularly hated are the fusion experiments currently being scorned and ridiculed by the Illuminati and its jackals of the press. Development of the fusion torch would blow the Illuminati’s conception of "limited natural resources" right out of the window. A fusion torch, properly used, could create unlimited and as yet untapped natural resources, even from the most ordinary substances. Fusion torch uses are legion, and would benefit mankind in a manner which, as yet, is not even remotely comprehended by the public.
9. To cause. by means of limited wars in the advanced countries, by means of starvation and diseases in the Third World countries, the death of three billion people by the year 2050, people they call "useless eaters". The Committee of 300 (Illuminati) commissioned Cyrus Vance to write a paper on this subject of how to bring about such genocide. The paper was produced under the title "Global 2000 Report" and was accepted and approved for action by former President James Earl Carter, and Edwin Muskie, then Secretary of States, for and on behalf of the US Government. Under the terms of the Global 2000 Report, the population of the US is to be reduced by 100 million by the year of 2050.
10. To weaken the moral fiber of the nation and to demoralize workers in the labor class by creating mass unemployment. As jobs dwindle due to the post industrial zero growth policies introduced by the Club of Rome, the report envisages demoralized and discouraged workers resorting to alcohol and drugs. The youth of the land will be encouraged by means of rock music and drugs to rebel against the status quo, thus undermining and eventually destroying the family unit. In this regard, the Committee commissioned Merry Christmas Institute to prepare a blueprint as to how this could be achieved. Merry Christmas directed Stanford Research to undertake the work under the direction of Professor Willis Harmon. This work later became known as the "Aquarian Conspiracy".
11. To keep people everywhere from deciding their own destinies by means of one created crisis after another and then "managing" such crises. This will confuse and demoralize the population to the extent where faced with too many choices, apathy on a massive scale will result. In the case of the US, an agency for Crisis Management is already in place. It is called the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), whose existence I first enclosed in 1980.
12. To introduce new cults and continue to boost those already functioning which include rock music gangsters such as the Rolling Stones (a gangster group much favored by European Black Nobility), and all of the Merry Christmas-created rock groups which began with the Beatles.
13. To continue to build up the cult of Christian Fundamentalism begun by the British East India Company’s servant Darby, which will be misused to strengthen the Zionist State of Israel by identifying with the Jews through the myth of "God’s chosen people", and by donating very substantial amounts of money to what they mistakenly believe is a religious cause in the furtherance of Christianity.
14. To press for the spread of religious cults such as the Moslem Brotherhood, Moslem Fundamentalism, the Sikhs, and to carry out mind control experiments of the Jim Jones and "Son of Sam" type. It is worth noting that the late Khomeini was a creation of British Military Intelligence Div. 6, MI6. This detailed work spelled out the step-by-step process which the US Government implemented to put Khomeini in power.
15. To export "religious liberation" ideas around the world so as to undermine all existing religions, but more especially the Christian religion. This began with the "Jesuit Liberation Theology", that brought an end to the Somoza Family rule in Nicaragua, and which today is destroying El Salvador, now 25 years into a "civil war". Costa Rica and Honduras are also embroiled in revolutionary activities, instigated by the Jesuits. One very active entity engaged in the so-called liberation theology, is the Communist-oriented Mary Knoll Mission. This accounts for the extensive media attention to the murder of four of Mary Knoll’s so-called nuns in El Salvador a few years ago. The four nuns were Communist subversive agents and their activities were widely documented by the Government of El Salvador. The US press and the new media refused to give any space or coverage to the mass of documentation possessed by the Salvadorian Government, which proved what the Mary Knoll Mission nuns were doing in the country. Mary Knoll is in service in many countries, and placed a leading role in bringing Communism to Rhodesia, Moçambique, Angola and South Africa.
16. To cause a total collapse of the world’s economies and engender total political chaos.
17. To take control of all foreign and domestic policies of the US.
18. To give the fullest support to supranational institutions such as the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the Bank of International Settlements, the World Court and, as far as possible, make local institutions less effective, by gradually phasing them out or bringing them under the mantle of the UN.
19. To penetrate and subvert all governments, and work from within them to destroy the sovereign integrity of the nations represented by them.
20. To organize a world-wide terrorist apparatus and to negotiate with terrorists whenever terrorist activities take place. It will be recalled that it was Bettino Craxi, who persuaded the Italian and US Governments to negotiate with the Red Brigades kidnapers of Prime Minister Moro and General Dozier. As an aside, Dozier was placed under strict orders not to talk what happened to him. Should he ever break that silence, he will no doubt be mad "a horrible example of", in the manner in which Henry Kissinger dealt with Aldo Moro, Ali Bhutto and General Zia ul Haq.
21. To take control of education in America with the intent and purpose of utterly and completely destroying it. By 1993, the full force effect of this policy is becoming apparent, and will be even more destructive as primary and secondary schools begin to teach "Outcome Based Education" (OBE). |
