If it haven't already happened yet. There is only a time factor now before there is a meltdown there are still magnitude 6+ Earthquakes going off outside their coast as we speak.
NO nuclear power plants are built to take this continuously. Just as well prepare for multiple meltdowns now. [ link to earthquake.usgs.gov]
