STUNNING use of GOOGLE EARTH: before and after earthquake photos of Sengai Japan

I say a lot of this is photo shop'd.

I've bee watching videos and the quality considering it is coming from JAPAN is poor quality.

I say much of this crap is photo shopped.

Look at Google Earth right now to see what the town looks like. It's a huge city. The videos we have been watching via internet and news is only one section of it.

Go to Google earth and maps and look for your self. We don't need ABC news to look at it.

Amazing how some of the "after" pics look like they could be current pics with the water in the new place, but it looks like water has been there before.

I lived at the beach for over ten years. No beach corrosion on any of these photos. Nothing in the ocean or on the shore line on any of these photos. Nothing. Look at the beaches. nothing there.

Notice that where there are old growth trees the land, at least, is still in place. Where the trees have been stripped and pavement/housing etc put in- it's a lake or just gone. Same with new stands of trees.

Florida's Nature Coast (Gulf north of Tampa) had a regulation for years and years about not removing old growth trees and mangroves for a mile inland to help protect from storm surge floods. In around 1997 the Governor over-ruled that law for the real estate tycoons that put him in office and people have dredged the marshes, trees and mangroves out and built right on the shoreline. I see how it's going to be a total disaster next time a major hurricane hits.

Makes me want to cry. Those poor people. Prayers for them and their families.

HOLY FUCK, but aren't you a dumbass!

Well I just went to Google Earth and apparently they havent taken any recent photos of the place because it all looks as though nothing happened.

People will think it is photoshopped because the sheer magnitude of what has occurred is too horrifying to contemplate. It is far easier to put it all down to photoshopped photos than to accept that an 8.9 quake occurred offshore resulting in a tsunami that was so devastating that it took EVERYTHING in its path.

One can only sit and wonder at the total and utter suffering that is now being felt by those that have lost their loved ones, friends, work colleagues, neighbours - the list is endless.

It really is best to respect those that have died and not to belittle the enormous impact that this disaster has caused.

Personally, I believe the photos to be genuine and even if they were not, the fact is that disaster occurred and there are many, many thousands now dead.

My heart aches for those involved.......

ha look at the pic of the power plant, the trees in the pic released as the building w/ "the roof blown off", the tree is there, and in the after pic, the trees are clearly gone!

HAARP is an evil Atlantean like like weapon that will eventually destroy the evil doers leaving a remnant destined to do the same in some days. Perhaps in another 11 thousand years from now. As before, it will follow.

It will take them decades to rebuild. I can't imagine it, being in the dark, no electricity, entire communities destroyed, no roads, nuclear poison floating in the air, oil refineries burning, dams broken, after shocks, stores empty of food and water. Most of the country is like this and it's not over.
