In a worst case scenario, with the types of fault lines and plate tectonics involved around the Southern California area, how far inland would be safe? Would it just hit the beach cities or would we all have to head to the High Desert or what? I don't really know too much about the tsunami stuff in California and I hope that it isn't a reality.

I wouldn't worry too much. More chance of killing yourself in the car. Bet ya don't stress when you start the car but worry a tsunami will get u. If it does it will be all over in 3 mins. That's a great easy way to die.
Five local kids here died on Friday night. Broke down on the freeway and called their parents. The parents rang a tow truck and got in their cars to go make sure it got towed safely and arrived not 10 minutes later to them all dead. Hit up the ass bu a car out of control doing 120 Kim's an hour. They got incinerated alive.. One of my friends was first on the scene and can't work or even function she is so traumatise..
I ain't worried about no tsunami..

You are so right. We tend to worry to much about the big scary catastrophes when really what usually gets us is the small small stuff or just pain old not taking care of ourselves and sickness.
