This also includes a test of a IFR Reactor on April 3, 1986 and a similar test at the Chernobyl on April 29, 1986 which resulted in disaster. Our government under the Clinton Administration killed the IFR plan in 1996. We need not be importing oil and should have abundant low cost Nuclear energy. The elite would not have that to be.
