I don't know if this has been posted before but to make things even worse: Meteorologists predicted that the wind will turn tomorrow and will blow out of northernly directions. This means the radiation will - over a period of 2-3 days at least - be blown directly into the direction of Tokyo.

Yes I just saw the weather report on their TV. Presenter was very matter of fact. That said I think this was forecast just to be a temporary direction. It would still worry me if I was in Tokyo though. Seriously if I was over there I would be getting home right now. It's going to be bad enough when it hits the rest of the world.
Plus what about the brave rescue teams from all over the world?

I love the time that I lived in Japan and it will be a shame to lose this culture, but the aggression and cruel brutality that they have committed upon many others will not be forgiven lightly.

Edgar Cayce never, ever said what is written in the "quote" above. Someone has made that up from out of nothing and posted it here in order to needlessly spread around bullshit fear-mongering.

What Cayce said about Japan during one of his readings in the 1930s was:

"The greater portion of Japan must go under the sea..."

He also predicted that much of Europe, including most of the British Isles, would be inundated by water or more accurately, would suffer from land subsidence and sink downward under the waves. He also predicted that large areas of the Earth that are currently sea bottom would rise up and become dry land.

But there is a problem.. Cayce was excellent when it came to diagnosing unusual diseases in people and prescribing highly unorthodox treatments for these, during his famous trance-medium reading sessions. However, the occasional "Earth Changes" predictions which came out during some of these readings have been a dismal failure. For example, Cayce predicted that the poles of the Earth would shift in 1998, as a culmination of a series of drastic Earth Changes that were to take place between about 1958 and 1998, and that the "return of the Messiah" would take place then, followed by the Biblical "1000 years of peace (on Earth)"

But none of that has happened as predicted.

Wow...I have never read anything about cayce nor do I know anything about him. This morning I was lying in bed and closed my eyes, wasn't thinking of anything at all. And I had a strong vision of a little asian girl swimming for her life. All around her was water and that was it. Nothing but water...I had this vision this morning at around 7 am..I am not joking. I feel very strongly that Japan is going to be engulfed by water. That a bigger quake is coming very soon.

God allowed this horrific tragedy to occur.
