somebody brought this thread back so here is my update.

Since posted those links, I've been checking availabilities.
The drug stores don't sell big bottles of topical iodine anymore, just little vials and they are running out of that.

Those kelp tablets and nascent iodine (drinkable) from the health food stores seem too low dose for the long term exposures coming.

The GOOD NEWS is that the Korean and oriental grocers in the cities have seaweed stacked to the roof in various forms including packaged as snacks. .. and it is cheap like borscht.

Eat lots. Make this week SEAWEED WEEK.

If I had time, I would be the New Jerusalem Russ of SEAWEED WEEK. Understand that you need to get your levels of potassium and iodine up now. You have to maintain your levels too.

Start eating seaweed NOW!!!!!!
