Final Phase before the new rules....Destruction for Obfuscation....!

We knew all along the TOP would not be caught with their pants down, all of this extended future credit was not payable but no one wanted to address it..."don't worry, that's in the future..."

Future debt has not been addressed because it was never intended that it would be paid back. When the game end was in sight, the next phase began in 2001, "Destruction for Obfuscation". When the world is thrust into a major crisis of life and death, the people don't worry about small things like who cheated of the massive debt any more, they worry about survival and this allows the TOP to rearrange the rules and obfuscate thimgs like massive debt into oblivion...

The TOP will never get caught because they made the game and can change the rules at any time. This is how money can be manufactured out of nothing. They deal with it later by obfuscating out of the deal with a major world crisis event.
