this thread finally motivated me to buy some DE. I have read it about it before and always thought it would be good to try.
on my third day now of 1 tbls in the morning and have absolutley nothing to report. positive or negative. no side effects and no increase in energy. will continue and see what happens.
there seems to be some confusion as to how much de to take. I was under the impression the recommended dose is on tbls a day. any feedback on this?
