as long as it doesn't kill ALL bacteria, because there are trillions of friendly bacteria in the digestive system, some that DO help with digestion (like digestion of dairy products), that produce vitamins (vitamin B and K), that help keep lower levels of cholesterol, and that ensure good health by killing harmful bacteria. Also, some E.Coli bacteria ARE helpful (as in producing vitamin K).

So make sure your desire for health doesn't end up killing you. If you take this thing you're talking about, you might of course get away harmful bacterias, but also good ones, so when bacterias settle once again in your digestive system (which they inevitably will unless you keep ingesting that stuff you're talking about), let's hope for you some helpful ones will have had a chance to settle before harmful ones.
