I am a huge conspiracy theorist, and I have looked at the 'evidence' alleged by many, that HAARP was 'active' prior to the japanese earthquake etc

and NONE of it holds up

and puhleeeze don't throw those stupid Induction Magnetometer charts at me - they are only showing the geomagnetic disturbances being recorded at the time - they do NOT show that HAARP was transmitting anything.

and before people tell me those charts are from equipment in Tokyo etc - let me tell you they are NOT!! That Induction Magnetometer was provided by the University of Tokyo, and is situated in Alaska - people can't even get that bit right either

if you are looking for secret installations as a culprit for earthquakes, then collider facilities like CERN have much more in terms of observable relationships with the timing of tectonic events linked to operational periods.

Didn't any of you dimbulbs see all those circular chemtrail and double sun threads coming out of eastern China late last week? Somebody was createing "mirrors" in the ionosphere to bounce scalar ELF waves further east to Japan

i am open to all this and more - just show me anywhere where the ionosphere rose and fell due to HAARP?

the ionosphere moves up and down with low pressure systems, with solar flare activity etc etc

you would need to rule them out over this time period, then you would need to find IF HAARP in Alaska was even transmitting into the ionosphere, then you need to locate which part of the ionosphere it was working on

then there are lots more HAARP facilities elsewhere on the planet, they have to be checked for what they were transmitting, IF at all

you see the point - it might be possible, but nobody has the time or braincells to check all this out and report back with rational evidence

my favorite conspiracy theory for a hidden agenda for HAARP is as follows:

1. the powers that be expect an event in the near future
2. this event will cause total loss of power everywhere.
3. this event will come from the Sun, which in turn may have been affected by something else
4. the Earth's magnetic field strength is getting weaker
5. its shielding effects are lessening each week
6. we need a temporary shield from anticipated solar shit, until the Earth's magnetic field gets stronger
7. this was allegedly worked out in the 1970s
8. the HAARP network of facilities, has a secret agenda to become operational, and erect a global 'shield' by charging a layer or two, of the ionosphere - to PROTECT Earth from being fried - if possible

who knows??

HAARP is not the problem - all the secret stuff they have in orbit is what you should be worrying about, in my opinion

what they have in orbit was blamed for weather and earthquake manipulation as far back as the 80s. there was even a UN treaty forbidding the use of technology to manipulate weather and earthquakes (I never saw the list of signatories though)

a device strong enough to tilt the earths axis, and move japan 8 feet? I think staying away from the internet would be best for you.

In terms of EQ's, they can trigger faults based on stress readings and models which 'predict' what will happen. Space-based sats are primarily used for this type of triggering. The wild card, of course, is that they can't control what will happen when they trigger a fault.

Whether or not they triggered this quake is not known and, to be honest, can never really be known. Unless you're there when they 'press the button', we just won't know. Regardless, it's an EQ and that is what we have to deal with.

What is known, though, is that they aren't in control of anything and are like children playing with their father's loaded weapons. They are bound to shoot themselves in the head.

Found this conversation by accident. Just wanted to say Japan Has been working on there own HAARP technology for a few years now. Once they discovered we had the technology they immediantly started to work on theres. Maybe it was a self inflicted accident. Not saying it was. Just wanted to let you guys know Japan has a "HAARP" like machine themselves that they to have been experimenting with.
