Knee high boots won't save you from all THIS BULLSHIT. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1274167 United States 03/19/2011 09:45 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | this may seem slightly of topic but..If any of yo have ever taken a martial arts class you know what I am talking about. Once you walk into the school your Sensei owns you. You choose to go, no oath or contract binds you....you may love him, hate him, want him to christen your battle ship etc... and outside the school he may almost be a regular guy but on the mat he owns you. Now what if a whole country were run that way. And information was given according to rank regardless of need. And those above you "owned" you. Without a Sensei there is no school. Without that system if that is what you are used to, there is no order. I think the analogy works a little to explain why they have handled this so badly. |

The UN nuclear agency took measurements at seven different locations in Tokyo and in the Kanagawa and Chiba prefectures. However, while radiation has been detected, these levels are well below those dangerous to human health, the IAEA spokesman says.1543: The IAEA is giving a press conference on the situation at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. It hopes that power will be restored to reactor 2 today, which will then act as a hub to restore power to reactor 1. However it is not clear if water pumps have been damaged and if they will even work once power has been restored. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1232806"short-term risk" ... what utter BS. The disaster has barely started and their food and water is already irradiated. As if the radioactivity is going to begin dissipating or lessening any. Just wait until the poison *really* begins contaminating everything. Basically the IAEA is TELLING them to do it, and they are considering it. But they will probably just test it and see there is no problem and not do it. |
