Couldn't watch Berkland's video - dial-up. But didn't he say Southern California in his prediction for 19th-26th?

Or did he say anywhere on coast? Did he say it could be the Juan de Fuca? I just remember him saying something about the dead fish in Redondo Beach and animal behavior in Southern Cal. in an article about his prediction so thought his prediction was for L.A..
