10km deep earthquakes lead to the BIG ones. HAARP Proof AND Prediction

I'm perplexed and incredibly worried for the people on the west coast of North America? Haiti stared with several precursor earthquakes at exactly 10km deep. Then a huge one! Then on March 9 to 11, 4 exactly 10km deep earthquakes and then the massive 8.9 in Japan. NOW THE SCARY STUFF. The GULF OF CALIFORNIA at southern end of the San Andres Fault, reports 9 that's 9 exactly 10km deep earthquakes AND then 5, EXACTLY 10KM DEEP EARTHQUAKES just off the OREGON coast which is the northern extension of the San Andres Fault! What are the odds that all these earthquakes would happen at exactly 10km deep and then a big one to follow? The odds of this happening naturally are astronomical!

In the southern hemisphere 35km seems to the magic depth.
