You and the 'author' of that stupid piece are both idiots... What the proposed law says is that the 'poor' people on State Assistance can not use their 'food stamp' debit-card to get cash from machines... They are supposed to be used for FOOD...  Just look at all the libtard comments under the article in the link. None of the retards seem to understand that. What a bunch of idiots!
