Cargo Plane Crashes in Congo, 14 Confirmed Dead

Interesting tidbit:

The aircraft that crashed's company is on "the European Union's list of air carriers banned in European airspace because of safety concerns. According to the most recent list, issued in Nov. 2010, all four carriers certified by Republic of Congo authorities are banned, as are all 33 air carriers certified by the Democratic Republic of Congo."
