Now I get non-stop coverage of lybian "rebel" in NY yankee baseball caps, literally in MINIVANS and S10's with machine guns strapped to them. Bizarre. Not sure what to believe anymore. |

A third or Half of it would break off into the ocean? Although I think OP is legit, I'm really sceptical that something like this will happen before tomorrow end of day (or let's say this week). The civil defence guy is probably legit too, but who gave him the info and how legit is that info? If I should put my money on it; it will not happen (at least on short term). |

Yeah I agree it just seems so far fetched, was thinking though about all the landfilled artificial land they created you know the ones in all the YouTube videos in this thread, they are sloshing around. That seems atleast to me to be more realistic so the question is how much land mass make up artificial land? How much of it is going through liquification? How big would that tsunami be if those fell in the ocean? |

| Anonymous Coward User ID: 1189758 03/23/2011 05:01 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I think your informant war right. I found this on conspiracyparadise: There is a big chance that a large part of the east coast of Japan will drop in the ocean next week. Look at the earthquake maps. Almost all the earthquakes were in the east slope of that coast, on several depths. If I wanted to do this demolition style, this is where I would place the charges. Consequence of this part of Japan sliding in the sea is an enormous tsunami at the coast of USA. I estimate more than 200 meters high. |

Before Tesla’s death, he developed yet many a technological myriad based on experiments, couples of which were too advanced for his own time. Being so advanced, Tesla decided to keep the knowledge about them highly secret too, save for a few trusted persons and institutions (inclusive of the United States Defense community). One of such technologies was the quake-generating WMD, so threateningly powerful that it could have raised all of Tesla’s hairs during the dry run phase. That seems atleast to me to be more realistic so the question is how much land mass make up artificial land? How much of it is going through liquification? How big would that tsunami be if those fell in the ocean? I think the 'sloshing' ground was due to the fact that the ground level has dropped about 40 centimeter, making the ground water lever rise --> coming to the surface. This will not cause a tsunami. I even wonder if this process is still going on .. Only thing that could happen is a partial collapse of the ridge just of the east shore of Japan which could trigger a land slide. However IMO this is something that would take centuries causing Japan to sink bit by bit (but only little bits) |
