I know of this guy, and another guy, whos name I wont mention, doing something identical to this.

And, let me tell you. These people hate America and are con artists.

The used all that conspiracy shit to make millions.

And, they'd love nothing more than to destabilizae and create a war inside the USA.

So, yes domestic terror is a good call on this one.

This guy, and the other guy I know of arent just minting counterfit coins. Thats just the tip of the iceberg.

This is simply legal justification for assest collection as it's all in competition with fedres notes which are what taxes are denominated in.
This is THE intermediate step they have laid to step from bullion to confiscation.
Nobody but gubment agent would have an issue with bullion coins, curiously a variety of real duplicate currency coins are being sold without any problem. IT's about repressing self sufficiency, simple as that

I got this email yesterday...

Dear Liberty Dollar Supporters,

I sincerely regret to inform you that I was found guilty on all four counts regarding the Liberty Dollar in less than an hour on Friday, March 18. The only explanation is that a strong, anti-liberty person took control of a weak-willed jury and pushed the verdict through in record time in spite of well worded Jury Instructions. A government forfeiture hearing immediately followed the conviction. PLEASE NOTE: Your property is at risk so please continue to read these emails and take action so the government does not steal your property. An appeal is planned but that will take years. More news to follow. An unofficial, but most interesting account of the trial is available via Heather's blog at:
[link to www.liberty4free.com]
God help you and our country as American descends into a hellish hyperinflationary future without the benefits of the Liberty Dollar.
I am very sorry our efforts to return America to value failed.
Thank you so much for your support.

A well known attorney from Huntsville Alabama says this on the conviction:

Here is one of the first cases where the Supremes described the power of Congress regarding counterfeiting:

United States v. Marigold,

[link to caselaw.findlaw.com]

50 U.S. (9 How.) 560, 567-68 (1850):"They appertain rather to the execution of an important trust invested by the Constitution, and to the obligation to fulfill that trust on the part of the government, namely, the trust and the duty of creating and maintaining a uniform and pure metallic standard of value throughout the Union. The power of coining money and of regulating its value was delegated to Congress by the Constitution for the very purpose, as assigned by the framers of that instrument, of creating and preserving the uniformity and purity of such standard of value * * *

"If the medium which the government was authorized to create and establish could immediately be expelled, and substituted by one it had neither created, estimated, nor authorized one possessing no intrinsic value then the power conferred by the Constitution would be useless wholly fruitless of every end it was designed to accomplish. Whatever functions Congress are, by the Constitution, authorized to perform, they are, when the public good requires it, bound to perform; and on this principle, having emitted a circulating medium, a standard of value indispensable for the purposes of the community, and for the action of the government itself, they are accordingly authorized and bound in duty to prevent its debasement and expulsion, and the destruction of the general confidence and convenience, by the influx and substitution of a spurious coin in lieu of the constitutional currency."

Let me see if I can understand this argument of the AUSA. The Fed counterfeits currency, and Bernard was following the dictates of Marigold. The counterfeiters accused those not engaged in counterfeiting of counterfeiting. Do I discern these facts correctly?

Well, we can all sleep well and feel safer tonight knowing our HLS imbecil, Janet Napolitano has taken a dangerous terrorist off the street.

This is ludicrous!

They finally did it.

The ruthless dictator and the Forrest Gump of Homeland Security finally got them an American terrorist.

They must be so proud!

Those that oppose them are labeled Enemies of the state.

They even labeled returning vets from Iraq as Possible Terrorist.

The progressive liberals in this admininstration need to be drop kicked out of office before any more Americans are hurt by these Lunatics.

Not one American was hurt by The Patriot Act under George Bush. NOT ONE!

A good clear image of this master criminal is found at this page:

Where we can read this text: The world hit a whole new level of crazy today. So crazy that even I might be at a loss for words to describe how screwed up this is

Look into the eyes of terror... This man looks as dangerous as Osama bin Laden and Hitler all rolled into one. This "Domestic Terrorist" was convicted today by the Federal Government for conspiracy against the United States.

He faces 15 years in jail for this horrendous crime. What was this "Domestic Terrorist’s" crime? Was he complicit in 9/11? How about the Oklahoma City bombing? Or the Anthrax attacks? Or the collapse of the housing or stock markets?

Domestic Terrorism??

wtf

Since when is creating a coin an act of terrorism? We have had two Presidents (one of which got a fucking Nobel Peace Prize) completely toss the Constitution out the window and engage our military in foreign war without the consent of Congress or a Congressional Declaration of War with said countries and this guy - who hasn't harmed a soul - is a fucking terrorist?

John Law was run out of England because of an accusation of murder.

In France he became friends of royalty who liked his scam and helped promote it. Details in the PDF file linked above.

Southern Poverty Law center on this matter:

[link to www.splcenter.org]

ONE PARAGRAPH EXCERPT FROM THAT PAGE:

Von NotHaus, 64, says he once was friends with psychedelic drug proponent Timothy Leary. But he's best known on the radical right for creating "American Liberty currency" certificates in denominations of $1, $5 and $10, starting in 1998. The certificates were backed by stocks of silver and gold stored in Idaho, von NotHaus said. The currency has been popular with extreme-right tax protesters and members of the radical "sovereign citizens" movement, who maintain that the federal government has no right to tax or otherwise regulate them, as well as those who believe that the Federal Reserve, America's central bank, is run by a private body for personal profit.

END OF QUOTED PORTION; PLEASE NOTE NOTHAUS IS DESCRIBED AS AGE 64; HE IS NOW AGE 67

this is extremely sad, cant believe they would go as far as calling it domestic terrorism. so much stuff out there to actually go after and they choose to go after this poor guy.

Plain and simple, they want to make an example out of him.

If you look at our own history, you will find that provinces in England began printing their "own" money so they could get off the grid and away from strong taxation shortly before the revolutionary war.

See, when people actually do great things such as this, they suddenly become free.

No government wants its' people "free" and well, without money a/k/a the control mechanism people would be just that.

Well known attorney from Huntsville Alabama Larry Becraft has extensive files on the money question.

Just scroll down the page where about halfway you find the word MONEY centered and bold green color.

[link to home.hiwaay.net]

Enough study there alone to keep the interested reader busy for several months.

Attorney Becraft promotes the writing of Dr. Edwin Vieira also, but the link to his book promotion site "Pieces of Eight" seems missing at this point in time. Perhaps Dr Vieira is frightened of being accused of domestic terrorism?
